I owe 02 £26.00 off my last bill. I have been good to the point that they have been twice paid. Yet, I am penalised, despite the fact it is going to be paid on the next billing date.
I have unlimited text which I am being denied to use, even though I told them it was coming out of my next bill. I have even amended my account so that they get more each month to shame them forcing them to owe me money.
